SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Please note updated processing and shipping times below due to the impact of COVID-19. The safety of our team and customers is our top priority. We’re monitoring the situation very closely and working with our fulfillment partners to ensure they’re taking all necessary safety precautions.

We are working diligently to get all orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

When will my order ship?

Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping and processing times have been delayed. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed. You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

What are your shipping rates for shipping within the U.S.? 

2.8 DUEPUNTOOTTO USA is partner with the main U.S. Couriers in order to provide our customers with the lowest possible shipping rates. Our shipping rates are determined at the check out depending on your zip code and address. Please double check any shipping costs before placing the order. 

How long will shipping take within the U.S.?

Standard shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and will be received within 5-10 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.

Do you ship to PO boxes or U.S. territories?

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.

ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm US PST (US Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Max-bone will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays.
